Celery and Prawns Tagliatelle

Ingredients:

200g tagliatelle

2 sticks of celery

14 prawns

6-8 cherry tomatoes

1 small onion

2 cloves of garlic

2 hot peppers

1 glass of white wine

2 tbs of olive oil

Salt and pepper

Paprika



Method:


1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.


2. Clean the prawns and season them with salt and some paprika, then fry them in olive oil (about 1-2 minutes on each side).


3. Remove the prawns from the pan and throw in the chopped onion and the garlic.


4. Chop the celery (1- 1.5 cm) and the hot peppers without seeds and put it in the pan over the onion and garlic.


5. Add the white wine over the vegetables and stir it for 2-3 minutes.


6. Peel of the skin from you tomatoes (to make that process easier, you can put them in boiling water for about 2 minutes) and finely chop them and put them in the pan.


7. After 1-2 minutes add the pasta and the prawns and stir them all together. Add some pepper and enjoy!


Tip: for extra flavor keep the celery leaves !
